These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal laws of the United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles that would require application of the law of another jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. You waive any objection to venue in such courts and to personal jurisdiction therein.

14. Dispute Resolution and Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at partners@earthfilter.world and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.

15. Electronic Communications

By using the Website and providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws.
